The third store of artisanal bakery in the 1st district of Vienna plays with the contrast of light in a monochromatic and earthy color theme. On a floorpan of 60 m2 it shows another facet of the brands main concept »it starts with the soil«.

The store itself is a homage to the old craft of wheat-binding that is nearly extinct. A sculptural desk made of natural stone and distinctive custom lamps with wheat binding elements set the stage for this artisanal bakery store in Viennas city center.
